Mrs. Kathleen Ann Gradwell, age 85, a native of Toledo, Ohio and resident of Lillian, Ala. for the last 25 years, passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2015 in Foley, Ala.
She was the daughter of John and Nora Staub, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Denis Gradwell; brother, Michael Staub; granddaughter, Shannon Davis; and great-granddaughter, Ashley Renee Frost.
Mrs. Gradwell is survived by four daughters, Sharon Howard of West Columbia, S.C., Eileen Davis of Perrysburg, Ohio, Debby Edwards (Bill) of Toledo, Ohio, Sue Barnett (Randy) of Covington, Ky.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Gradwell was a member of Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church in Lillian and a member of the Young of Heart group at Saint Anne’s Catholic Church in Pensacola, Fla.
Rosary will be held for Mrs. Kathleen Gradwell Saturday, Aug. 1, 2015 at 7:30 a.m., with funeral mass immediately following, starting at 8 a.m.
The Gradwell family has suggested that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org/donate, or the National Kidney Foundation at www.kidney.org.
